Women Work Well: Who Are The Women Needing Support?
Meet
She is brilliant, battle-tested, and quietly breaking...and the world has no idea.
"I've done everything right. So, why does it feel like no one sees me?
Jordan is 38. She has a master's degree, a mortgage, a title that sounds impressive at dinner parties, and also a creeping feeling she can't shake: That somewhere along the way, the ladder she was climbing was quietly moved to a different wall.
She is a Director at a mid-size company. Has been for four years. She manages a team, runs cross-functional projects, and is the person colleagues come to when things fall apart. She is, by every measure that matters, executive material. Her performance reviews say so. Her resume says so. Her quantifiable contributions say so.
And yet, when the VP role opened, her name wasn't on the list. She didn't rage quit out of frustration. She didn't cry in the parking lot (at least, not for long). She did what Jordan always does: put her head down, worked harder, made herselfundeniable.Again.
What Jordan doesn't possess, what no one has ever given her, and what the system was never designed to provide is a strategy for upward mobility. Not just for her next job. But for her personal, professional, and economic mobility. This includes talking her through her leadership potential and identity. It includes helping her craft an executive narrative. And most importantly, it is defining the path to build the social capital that makes decision makers financial see her the way her work merits. She is not lost. She is mispositioned. And that is a problem that can be solved.
The Invisible Work Problem
She mentors junior staff, bridges conflict, holds institutional memory..and none of it shows up in leader's promotion calculus. She's indispensable and overlooked simultaneously.
The Sponsor Gap
She has managers. She doesn't not have champions. No one senior leader intentionally says her name in rooms that matter. Plus, she doesn't know how to build those relationships without them feeling transactional.
The Confidence Erosion
Every time she is passed over, something small dies. She second-guesses pitches that she would have owned three years ago. She is shrinking and she can't face her daughters knowing that she's made herself small.
The Caregiver Tax
She leaves meetings early for school pickup. She is forced to turn down speaking invitations. She answers emails at 11pm and pinches every penny for quality summer camps. Her ambition is intact. Her bandwidth is not.
The Isolation of Excellence
Very few people at the level she is striving for look like her. She doesn't have a peer community or anyone to affirm her experiences. So, it becomes lonely work.
The Roadmap Void
She knows that she wants more. But, she doesn't know which path is fastest, or how to pivot without the ground she's fought to earn. She has drive but not direction.
Women Work Well's PIVOT Positioning
Jordan doesn't need to work harder.
She needs someone in her corner.
PIVOT Positioning is a 90-day group coaching experience for mid-career women ready to unlock their next chapter (not someday, but now!) This is the solution to a problem facing far too many talented women. Your investment makes this solution accessible to those who cannot afford it.
